I have a hen that will go for my fingers if they are anywhere close to her face. The other chickens will politely peck at something on my hand or something, but she grabs on and pulls! I tell her that she doesn't have any manners! Silly chicken!

The good news is that Derp fans will be fans for life, so a Derp book would be welcome when ever you get the time.

I just came across this thread, and yes I agree! Derp is a very unique chicken indeed, and if you were to write a book there would be a lot to write about.
