Derperella, the (weird) Faverolles, & Friends

Time is relative, if Nambroth sez a story is coming soon it will. f course there is a gender gap etc.

Women usually describe time in a different way than men. Ya know like" I"ll be there in a minute," while they put on makeup, change outfits a few times, etc. etc. sometimes a minute can be 20-30 min. in man time. Then we have men that say "I will call you later." In this case it means between now and death. We really don't lnpw Nambroth well enough to pinpoint how "soon" is soon. Just be patient grasshopper. All things come to those who wait.

OOHKAY, we waited long enough, NAMBROTH WHERE IS THE NEXT DERP STORY.???? sorry for the outburst guys, I'm really not a patient person but, I try to be. After that, how are the Derp plush chickens coming along?

Sheesh! Calm down. Give Nambroth time to relax and feed her feather-kids.

Maybe if we're good and patient, she'll make us all Derp plushies.

(That would be a lot of plushies.... sorry to get their hopes up Nambroth!)

love the faverolles! and the stories on this thread. and derp! i think most of us have chickens that we feel this way about & i love hearing about them! :)
i'm going to hi-jack while we wait for a story, if thats okay!
i have one SF hen, cam, in my mixed flock. maybe it's the fact that she and one australorp are the only large fowl in with all bantams, but she's not meek, never bullied, and seems fairly smart. as a chick, she had terrible pasty butt and an awful protruded vent for about a week. but she's good now! she is quirky though. she divebombs the australorp and incites all sorts of playfulness in the flock.
here's cam as a cheeky 3 day old!

and now!

and she is quite silly!

i guess when you look up close at that last pic, her beak is a little off-center & derpy.... hmm.... haha
