After moving from the city to the edge of the desert I decided that it was about time to introduce my kiddos to some barnyard buddies. Start small(chickens) end Big(horses). So far we have accumulated quite the flock! 12 assorted hens 2 roosters 4 ducks and 13 guinea hens. Other than feeding, watering, cleaning and collecting eggs, I have NO clue what I'm doing. A lot of light reading later I'm no better off!! I really wish I could just pick the brains of really experienced owners/farmers/hardcore hobbyists. Where do I really start? What questions should I be asking.

Thank you all!!

! Great to have you in our flock! If you've got the feeding, watering, cleaning, and egg gathering down - you do have a clue! Are there specific questions you have? BYC is a great learning community! Let us know how we can help. Best of luck and have fun!!
