'Designer' Egg Chain

Here are pictures of my recent hatch. The two on the left are from the light creme or pink eggs and on the right from the white eggs which I think are from my buttercup hen.

Oooh, ill take them.

and i have to offer at least 3 greenies/blue eggs from EEs. AND at least 3 brown eggs. I have a white mix, three turkens, a barred rock, a buff orp, a few EE's. and for my roo.. he's a mix too.. but he's got mottled houdan in him.. and some feather footed breed as well. the houdan i believe was a bantam and it was the only one i had.. but you'd never guess it by the size of the baby that was born haha. he's one of the biggest chickens ive ever had. LOL

Never done this before but that sounds like a good trade to me. Heard today one of the little cream eggs produced a turken cross. So like I said surprise eggs.

well, that didn't pan out.. so anyone with eggs to offer? lol. i am still checking what i have. after this week, i won't have any as i am not sure if my new roo is doing his job yet

now i have added a black cochin roo and hen. and my old mixed roo is gone. so i don't have him anymore. and i am waiting to see if the new roo will be doing his job or not. so we will see how it pans out

Ok I'll get in on this one.

I have 6+ solid white EE roo and BO hens mixed eggs. I have 3 of these eggs in my bator due to hatch tomorrow or Monday and I'm anxiously waiting to see what the offspring looks like. I'm hoping for some little muffed and bearded buff orpington looking blue/green egg layers!

I will take some of those EE/BOs and put up 6+ marans mixed eggs In my mutt hut I have 2 SS 3 BOs a NN a frizzle and 2 mutts The roos are 2 marans and a BLRW but he doesnt get any action!

i second the notion of restarting this... if anyone is interested in doing so through the colder months....
i have an EE roo, which is a mutt in himself... and right now my leghorn is laying steady with 2 EE's kickin in an egg almost every day.. don't know if it's the same hen, or differnt ones?? lol... and then in a few more months i will have EE/barred rock mutts.. lol..
my EE/leghorn eggs in the bator now are due to hatch next thurs.. i'm so excited to see what they grow up looking like and laying like...

is there enough interest right now to start this back up??
