Detailed Run Design/Plans

Hey, I noticed that the CPS link from which my in-progress run was modified was still in my current bookmarks:

http://www.cps.gov.on.ca/english/plans/E8000/8162/8162P.pdf

You should either consult appropriate structural tables, or a qualified architect or engineer, when changing dimensions, as you would presumably need to do. Also this is an obsolete plan, I do not know whether it would be acceptible under current building codes, just something to be aware of. (Really ANY plan you need would have to be viewed in light of your particular area's building codes, if you want/need to conform to them, and in light of your particular area's weather and soil conditions and windiness)

You may be able to find other relevant shed blueprints in the CPS series - browse thru http://www.cps.gov.on.ca/english/frameindex.htm There are one or 2 US ag university plan series too, but I don't remember where, you'd have to google.

Just remember that structures engineered for being built with walls will need additional diagonal bracing if built with mesh run sides instead.

Have fun,

Pat
