Deviled eggs

I think everyone makes theirs different. I never measure anything either with deviled eggs. I mash up the yolks and toss in some mayo, sweet pickle relish, dill pickle relish and mustard for color. Stir it all together until you have the right consistency and then fill the halves of the white.

Oh and I add a little salt too. Top with a dash of paprika.

I add deviled ham to mine sometimes...

Or you can even use ranch dressing instead of mayo....
YOu can chop up green olives and add them too...
Sometimes i use tuna fish..it makes small bite sized little tuna salads...
Lots of ways to make them!
