Deviled Quail Eggs

Recipe

As many quaileggs as you can find, hard boiled, peeled, cut in half and yolks removed and reserved
Good Quaility Dijon mustard
Mayo.
salt & Pepper


Mix yolks with mayo till you have a smooth pipe-able "paste" add dijon, salt and pepper to taste

pipe in whites and garnish with green onion & paprika

How fabulous. Kids make a mess with deviled eggs. They could eat those in 1 bite.

So cuuuute! That's what I miss about keeping quail, deviled and pickled quail eggs, too. I sure don't miss peeling quail eggs.

my wife does all the garlic peeling in the house(she loves to do it, i dunno) so she also peels all the quail eggs, i have noticed that the whites are alot softer then chicken eggs
