Deworming Chickens

How long after you deworm chickens using Ivomectin should you see wiggling worms expelled in their poop? How long are they viable outside the body?

Depending on the worm types and numbers, you may not see anything much in the poo. If you do see lots of worms, it was a major problem! Mary

I'm deworming two broody hens so they only poop once/day. I noticed roundworms a 6 days ago and wormed them on Friday. I noticed roundworms in one of their poops today and wondered how long that might go on for? I haven't seen worms in my other chickens' poop, but I probably haven't studied them that closely (i.e. with broodies you stand around waiting for them to poop so you can shovel it up).
