deworming chickens

After 3 days on safegaurd I have looked at several fresh poops and have not seen any worms which is a bummer bc I was hoping this would take care of my problem. My next step of action is starting corrid. Some of the poo is like diarrhea and I think I see some blood. Sooooo....I guess that is next .

I have never seen worms in my chicken's poop after worming. I think once the worms are dead they get digested.
