Looks like she may just need cleaning up, but if you are wanting to deworm your hens, you can use Safeguard Liquid Goat wormer (Fenbendazole).
It is dosed by weight at 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once, then repeated in 10 days to treat roundworms only.
To treat other worms including roundworms, but not tapeworms, Fenbendazole dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days in a row. No repeat.
Give the meds directly to into the beak.

I will try cleaning her up. No other symptoms…they do not free range as we have too many predators. No other symptoms…comb is bright and red and no noticeable diarrhea…so I will try to clean her up first and see if she is fine before deworming.
