Deworming?

I use a needleless syringe and put 1/4 cc on the smaller hens and 1/2 cc on the large ladies and roosters. Eprinex goes a long way. 250 ml will last FOREVER, LOL. The Eprinex is good for about 2 years before it expires, I believe, but could be wrong about that. It's really very simple.

My mom just went to the feed store and the ivomec is expensive. My mom decided that it was too expensive so she bought something called piperazine. Do you know anything about this?
Thanks, AJ

2 ounces (60cc) in 1 gallon of water
that is for hens over 6 weeks
that would be for
Wazine 17 or
Piperazine 17 - and this is only for roundworms

I use 1% ivermectin injectable on my birds that will not be consumed ever(like my main pet turkeys and pheasants). None injectable valbazen also..
Injection:: Its done behind the neck just under the skin. 1/4cc every 60 to 90 days..

If plan to eat your birds make sure your wormer is approved for use on Poultry. Better safe than sorry..
