DH , DS , DD, D----- what do all these different D's stand for

    hmmm im reading post and see all different type of D's what do they mean ?

    DD-DS Darling/dear daughter-son [​IMG]

    DS - darling Son
    DW - dear wife

    SIL - sister-in-law or son-in-law
    FIL - father-in-law
    etc

    SO - significant other
    DF - dear fiancee
    BF - boyfriend
    GF - girlfriend

    Then on this site you run into a lot of abbreivations for chicken breeds too [​IMG]
    RIR - Rhode Island Red
    BR - Barred Rock
    LB - Light Brahma

    I can't even name them all [​IMG]

    I simply use the term "wife" says it all. Seems like less commotion.
