Hello! Just curious, are you 'from' Ireland as in moved to the states from, or a current resident of Ireland? If the latter, I imagine you will have access to some pretty breeds of chickens unavailable in the U.S. Can't wait to see pictures if you acquire some of those!

Chickens can be such fun and there is nothing so delicious as eggs from your own hens. When my children were little they each had their favorites and would only eat eggs from "their" hen.
