Diabetes Problem, please help...

Have you researched the impact of cinnamon and Chromium Piclionate? Herbal but they can help. I think Vanadyl helps also.

When using supplements always talk to your provider first.

And chickabator is correct on the diet. Very good info.

Also, eating a protein along with any carb will help to reduce the sugar impact on your body. So if you must have carbs eat a good protein with it.

Sure, long time no "see" lol

okay, but I'm afraid there could be misunderstanding of language, I'm still remember first time I joined BYC, I use fur rather than feather to say that thing attached to chicken and the response was quite shocking.

honestly, I hate to read on computer too although I need to use computer often to finish my school task, but the book abroad like from UK, US, etc was quite expensive (>$10) well, $10 considered as expensive here so I need to read reference and information online, I always use internet to find material for task rather than buying book because book here also quite expensive although a little cheaper than book abroad, and there's no good library here, worse, there's only 1 library in this province ( I think province=state(in US))

Ok, I think I'll have to remove ADA link in my first post due to your complaint.

thank you for your information.

Mulia,
Here nobody pays for the glucose meter. The Pharmacies give them away, but it cost a lot to buy the test strips. I pay with insurance about $50 per month. Check out how things are done there. And post.

If you would like I work with an office full of Registered Dietitians. I can send you information. PM me a address.

Also have your mother check out her blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Frequently all three go together.

Best wishes
Imp

honestly, in my country, nothing's free , so I think I'll need to buy that glucose meter. I still don't understand what's the need of test strips? maybe you can explain to me how to use it?

Do you have information of registered dietitian in Indonesia? I think dietitian work is to suggest and arrange food for diabetes sufferer, is that true?

what's the connection between blood pressure and cholesterol level with diabetes?

thank you in advance.
