Diagnosis Help

I've got a bird with chest rattling, sneezing, and discharge from the right eye. I have quarantined her from the rest of my birds.

What should I do next? Is there any treatment? My research so far has lead me to believe there is little hope.

You could try a strong antibiotic like Tylan. Also, I ran a vaporizer with Vicks on my hen when she got sick. She was very down and out. All puffed up, not showing interest in food. It seemed to have happened overnight. I scooped her up, put her in a cage in my basement storage room (it's a walk out), and ran that vaporizer next to her cage. I put Duramayacin, plus vitamins/electrolites in her drinking water, and she fully recovered. She's one of my favorite hens--an EE named Shirley.
