So I've had this breeding pair of handfed diamond doves for a couple months now and they act normal, eat and drink normal, they get plenty if exercise, have lots of toys, they have supplements and vitamins in their food ands well as grit and they have treats hanging on the back of the cage at all times. I've witnessed them to start breeding and am very excited for that. They overall seem very happy and healthy, but this morning when I looked in, I noticed (I think it's just one of them) that there's pink stools. I am probably overreacting but I want my babies to be safe and healthy. Does ananyone know anything about this and how to help?

What kind of supplements and grit do they get?
My pigeons are fed a pink grit and they often overindulge when I swap it out with fresh grit and will have pink and red droppings for a bit after that. I think this is the most likely explanation if it doesn’t appear to be blood.

I'll take some pictures of them later :D
