Diareha ??? Need help!

I notice yesterday that one of my chickens has rust colored diareha. Not sure which one cuz they are all together. Everyone seems happy; eating, drinking, scratching around etc! I wa stinking about putting an antibiotic in their water for a couple of days. Any suggestions?

Thanks dawg!!! I am a new chicken mommy (adopted 12 from my neighbor 5 months ago). I am now mommy to chicks!! So I just knew checking with my fellow BYC family would being me the right thing to do!! THX again!!!
