Hi everyone.
I have an olive egger hen who just turned a year old-
Yesterday morning I noticed she was hanging out by herself off in a corner or inside the coop alone. She walks around but not a whole lot. When she does walk it appears normal. Feathers aren’t fluffed or anything like that. She doesn’t have a ton of interest in food or water. Comb is normal color. And upon going to separate her I found she has some odd looking stool as pictured below.
She ate some scrambled egg last night and this morning. And also ate a couple dried mealworms.
She let me pick her up with little fuss which is not like her. Usually it’s a chase down if I have to grab her for something. I syringe fed her some poultry cell last night and this morning I mixed some into her scrambled egg that she picked at.
All my other hens are acting just fine. I have 10 others.
They are have free roam of the large coop and they have a large run with sand as the substrate.
She’s the only one acting this way.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

When was her last egg?
Is her crop emptying?

I'd work on hydration, get some Extra Calcium into her if she's not laid an egg. Calcium Citrate with D3, you can find it at Walmart, CVS, etc. Pop 1 tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

If the crop is not emptying, address that symptom according to this article https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Taking a fecal sample to your vet for a fecal float to see if worms are part of the problem is a good idea.
