Diarrhea and loosing feathers around butt

Not sure what’s going on. I’ve lost one chicken to this. Now two more have it. Is there any saving them?

I see a "poopy" butt, not seeing lost feathers.

What are you feeding?
You "lost one to this" ... what are the symptoms?
Diarrhea only symptom?
Is it possible it's cecal poop messing feathers back there?
Are they eating/drinking?
Weight loss?
Have you wormed lately? If not perhaps getting a fecal float done would eliminate this.

Currently these two are very active. One is still laying. I’m assuming the one that has a less poopy butt. The food is an organic whole grain non soy layer feed by New Country Organics.

This is new. Changed feed about 2 months ago. Don’t know about the drinking more water.

You say you lost on the "this", just the "diarrhea"?
How long has this been going on, after you changed feed?
Any other symptoms, just diarrhea?
Have you checked for mites/lice?
Wormed recently?

Fecal Float is process to check for worms in the poop ... There are ways to do it yourself, probably can google it, or take to the Vet.
