diarrhea but no other problems?

so even if it's not a problem persay would treating with DE hurt? I will be treating them with it for mites once their outside anyway. And if it is just normal cecal poo like it looks in the pictures from the site...Why do they have it so frequently It's got to be more than every 10 time. I hate that I cant socialize them because they squirt projectile poo everywhere (happened today with a visitor here and this was the first time I got them out lately because of all this).

It looks exactly like cecal poop to me. Especially if it's extra stinky. Cecal poo reminds me of burning rubber smell, bad enough to make me gag. Generally anything dark brown and stinky = cecal poo. Green and runny is diarreah. I wouldn't worm if I were you. And it can happen more often than every 10 poops too, it's normal.

i used de on older birds but i dont see how it would hurt something large like a chick. if youre a worm or an ant its like getting covered in glass. now do not give them wazine this early. its not for cecal worms anyway. once they get older you can give them powdered ivomec. its for swine but it works for chicks too. i know cutlers supply carries it.
