I've noticed over the past couple weeks that it seems like one of my girls has some diarrhea...when i clean the poop board there is normal poop but some pancake poop also. Today I went in to find some pretty watery poop by the door, so I took a sample with me to work (I'm a vet tech) and no coccidia. It's nice fall weather here so heat isn't causing it, and there hasn't been any new stress. They did just start laying a week ago...would that cause it? They're acting fine otherwise...any suggestions?

Watermelon gives my chickens diarrhea. Any fruit lately?
Sometimes I give Benebac to them for a couple days to get rid of loose stools.
Also - you could do a gram stain.
Once we had Spiroketes from mice in the feed in our hens. Once E.Coli.

I did give them nectarines but i feel like it was happening before that. They've been getting our leftover corn on the cob lately. I did check for spirochetes but didn't see any. Does egg laying cause stress in the beginning?

I'm having same issue.
My roo keeps having watery really smelly poop.
He shouldn't have worms because they tested him, he was fine and he was even treated with ivermec.
does anyone know whats going on?
heat hasn't been to bad and hes been inside this whole time.

Weird. I gave mine nectarines for the first time and they started having diarrhea too. Otherwise, they look and act perfectly healthy. Coincidence or possible cause?
