Diarrhoea - Help Please !!

Hi, I have 5 chickens, they are happy, they are all laying, looking heathly and doing what chickens do. One of them seems to be suffering with diarrhoea and her backside has started to get abit messy to which we are going to clean her today. Last night I saw her pooping and it was like a round ball of soft yellow and brown poop - any ideas? PLEASE

If none of these pics fit what your chicken is excreting then I would suggest you post a pic and hopefully some poop experts will jump in and help. Good Luck.
