Hi. I have 4 chickens all in good form but one of them. Has had diarrhoea for a long time but is otherwise healthy and is however the bottom of the pecking order.

They are all wormed and have same diet etc.

Has anyone any suggestions on what I could do to help her out? Thanks. J

Welcome to BYC.
Stress can cause diarrhea as well as other problems. Examples are: Hot temps can cause birds to drink more water and cause watery diarrhea. Also providing too much goodies can cause diarrhea.
It's best to provide layer feed only. I'm curious; what did you worm your birds with?

Give your hen plain boiled white rice mixed with buttermilk to eat for a couple of days. You can mix it in her feed if you wish.
The rice will settle her innards and the buttermilk will coat intestinal lining and should stop the diarrhea.

Thanks so much. I’ll try the rice trick. She’s been wormed with fluven (spelling?). The strange thing is she’s only one with it. Other three are fine. J
