Who, what, when, where?

I am surprised you still have the buggers!
haha, really? They are neat little birds but I don't think that I'll be getting them again.

I've been going by 3 standards while deciding which ones to sell. Is it pretty? Is it friendly? and is it profitable? The pigeons are pretty but they aren't friendly and they aren't profitable so I decided that they could go.

So annoyed!
I thought everyone of my themp gages are inaccurate accept two are pretty much reading the same! So I did the calibrating test. And one reads +6.8c another 0.8 c and another 1.7c. Erghhh! So now I'm thinking my eggs are going to be well late!!
Or early?? God it's all confusing with kids around me!!!

Electricity went out so i had to move the incubator to the only power available in the area, my fathers fishing boat

forgetting that the humidity would be crazy high there, so when the power came back i had to move them back to the house straight away, if anything hatches its going to be called miracle

I have a computer UPS set up now for my bators. I took the battery out an old UPS and then sat next to it a marine deep cycle battery and connected the terminals to the UPS. I should get 24 hrs of incubation time if I get taken off the grid.

My baby ducks belly looks perfect today! Yaaaah!!! Is that red outtie normal for assisted hatches?
That the one who had the cord wrapped around it's leg? I've seen it with chicks, but my assisted duckling's navel was normal. That's why I try to keep them in the egg as long as possible, so I don't have navel problems!
As long as the navel's sealed up and not showing any sign of infection it's good. It sounds like you did a good job with it
