ok, I have a question....

how long to you keep orthotics on a chick with curled toes?

now this is a first lol

it could be a day or up to a week and half I have had them everywhere in between. Changing only once a day, if you let them go too soon they curl right back up when your not looking

I am too lazy to make my own feed, I dont think I could beat the 22 bucks for a 100 lb bag of medicated chick crumbles the amish are making me though.

AWESOME!!! any more pips? keep that humidity up! its ok if it goes up now that they are hatching it will always spike! I have seen mine head into 90 when a ton are hatching! make sure plenty of ventilation! congrats dolfi!! what breed is she?

What is that for? Can I see pictures of how you put that. If its to separate breeds I need it. Lol

You have a turner? how are air cells any completely rolling? some loose?  

Sally I have two now that hatched. Humidity is in the 60's


My others are in a bator in a separate room so they wouldn't be distributed. Yes air cells a little damaged. But they were put up right for three days. Let's see what happens. Today is 2nd day. Thinking of starting the turner tonight

I've seen a few other people using them to mark chicks. It's a great idea.
