Well on the hatch due on Sunday I can't see much but at least two had definite movement. On the hatch due the 29th it looks like almost all of them are good; bouncing little embryos in there! I am grateful. How they looking>?
My incubator is teasing me. "Nana nana boo boo". Lol that's what I imagine it's saying. I slowly added more water today and watched the humidity rise. I didn't want to do it too fast bc I wasn't sure how much water would be needed to hit that 62-65%. Well, ya know where it's at? 60%. Ugh!!! Like right at the brink! Errrrr
Quote: AWESOME NEWS!!! go chickies!!! do keep heat sinks of water or stones or anything in the bator? just curious how quick loss of heat is in your bator/s I dont use them anymore, the coolers are awesome and I dont see the need, but I just found a really cool idea of using those frozen things you put in your lunchbox, they say those retain heat better than water???
I guess I should test the theory aint? oh I hope they dont blow up or go bad in heat! anyone know whats in the gel in them?
I have those little baggy type ones too for shipping eggs, I wonder if I cant take a little one and use it as a water wiggler for my probe! it may be better consistency of an egg?? thoughts?
I always have too much on the brain and never do this stuff ha ha ha I am getting a freezer pack out now before I forget!
