LOL Cappa meets Kitten xD it was the funniest thing ever Cappa didn't even seem to notice Kitten was there and kitten was just like "whoa it's a giant walking cotton ball!!" And then I moved Cappa to the outdoor coop and she flipped cause she's a "house chicken" like potty trained and everything... I hope she gets along well with the older chickens!
OOH How did you potty train her???? I want to potty train Hope! I have a box in the litter box and have been putting her in it when she is about to poop, but she hasn't been catching on yet... Should I wait until she is bigger? She's three weeks old today.... She just pooped on me.... :/ XD

Just keep an eye on her eating and pooping
Oh yes. I forgot. She pooped out mostly water last night once. It just squirted out of her bum along with her poo. I don't think she's feeling all too well. She's not as jumpy as she always is. Me and my sister both were/are feeling sick today, so maybe she got the flu from us or us the flu from her... Can that happen??

Well, I don't exactly know how I did it, but I kept her in a specific area most of the time them allowed her to figure out on her own how to move around, and after a few months she caught on and now she only poops in... The bathtub, which is where I kept her (bad.move.) but I can carry her all around everywhere an let her roam around the whole bathroom whenever and she only poops in the tub. Next time I'm going to do it in a cardboard box though cause my parents are not pleased xD

, my showgirl eggs need to go into hatcher in two days....i know i'm not supposed to open the hatcher for ANY reason until the chicks hatch, but what do i do with the showgirl eggs?? i can up the humidity in the incubator they are in, but i have my duck eggs in there. they're 18 days old, will it hurt them to have the increased humidity??

i opened the bator once during lockdown to put more eggs in because my other incubator randomly stopped working and i didnt get any shrink-wrapped chicks, so i think either way is fine. and the same batch had multiple hatch dates. my neighbors and most people who incubate in my town do it too and the humidity doesnt hurt the eggs at all they all get normal hatches. so i think either way is fine

hey i need you guys opinions…. my mallard duck has been laying eggs and trying to incubate them. i found one of her eggs in her nest today and decided to test and see if it was fertile. i opened 3 a while ago and 2 had blood, they couldve been blood spots or fertile, but the membrane certainly looked and felt like that of a fertile egg. there are lots of wild duck flocks all around my town, the closest of which being a huge mallard/pekin/wood duck flock about a mile away from my house, so it is possible my duck's eggs could be fertile. i put one of her eggs in my incubator just to test it out. what are the chances that it is viable?

If a drake came to visit your hen its possible. Would one have been able to get in with you hen?
