17 out of 21 now in the new brooder. last 4 were duds. Now to clean out the coolerbator and lockdown the next batch

Ok ladies I have an egg that was pipped when i got up at 6am this morning. the hole has gotten a little bigger an I can see the beak but it is now 9:00pm...should I be concerned or could she just be slow?

BTW we have one hatching as I type this! There is a little red on the white part should I be concerned?
