The last 2 hatchers...the little one is the one that was pipped for almost 24 hrs!

Tomorrow at 2pm...we are going to start a little earlier to get our humidity going and temps stable. Very nervous about not being able to open it, but if the humidity goes down even with all water (jar, bowl, n extra water on the bottom) I will add water threw a hole with a medicine dropper.

WHEW got caught up .. leave for a few days and the thread goes nuts !! Congrats to all the hatches and I was on pins and needles reading about hope !!

HATCH UPDATE:
Everyone hatched cept those 2
(AND the day 10 inferts, aircell screw ups I pulled oh and all mine as my Roo isnt doing his job! but he is young yet!)....
I cant believe it, even shipped eggs!!
AGAIN the coolerbator ROCKS!!

HERE they are ALL in the brooder!! Most are on this side of the brooder......

look at those GREY Maran CHICKS!!!

I know that a few are not all dry yet but I keep it about 97 at one spot in the brooder... PLUS 2 Langshan & 6 OE need to go into lockdown by NOON today!! YAY and OMG the cooler bator had a major bleaching early this morning.. drying out and soon ready!

Sally you are killing me LOL. I just found my bantams are indeed X breeds, so I'm not going to breed with them and my gorgeous little roo. I'm going to order some eggs next year though. Still need to speak to the breeders etc. Have 2 friends coming to visit in the new year sometime, so am thinking I'll ask them to bring me the eggs. They live in England and most of the breeders do as well. I'm a bit weary after hearing about all the shipping mishaps!

3D: What's happening? Did none of them make it? I'm sorry to hear you are having so much trouble with this hatch, but at least you got little Hope. You did such a good job with her! I wish I could send you some fluffy butts, or something, but I'm on an island too and it's a bit far from yours!

Aww, I could always use some fluffy bums sometimes! :3 Hope is amazing! I want to put her in her brooder SOON. She's been in the incubator for a while, and poop is getting everywhere. I only have one heat lamp, and I figured that they'd all hatch on the same day, and I could just transfer them over to the brooder quickly once they'd all hatched.... this was not the case. lol

Well that stinks! I think thats a wonderful idea about asking them to bring them along! Whats the weather there Sumi? its jumped into winter now!! cold and windy no yet though!

I have one more egg in there, but I don't think it will make it. It's day 27...? I think. I might just open the top and see if it wiggles...?
