Just in January from the GQF company. I already have had trouble with the turner I bought with it and they wanted me to send it back at my expense to get it repaired. It stopped working on day 15 of my last hatch. They were rude and I was not happy with them I don't even want to call back:( and I think this is why my last hatch was 2-3 days late. I shouldn't have trusted the thermometer. I decided to check it with another 2 thermometers and sure enough it was reading 92 degrees!! Of course I decided to check it after I set more eggs :(

Everyone have a great day tomorrow, Happy Friday!

3D I know you will let them eggies hatch on their own and keep the bator closed! I will pray for Beautiful peepers!

I really think that there can be too much humidity. If the room temperature is "normal" and there is condensation in the bator its too humid in there. Even if it does not effect the chicks lungs, they will never dry. you need to get it down a bit

Well I have olive egger # 2 out and 1 poking through gonna be a late night with the kids hovering over the hova bator

watching the hatching process and have been known to get zero sleep because I have my little flashlight to watch the little peepers by. Enjoy the process.

If they are incubating at 97 degrees and they do hatch it will be a late hatch with some problems most likely. I would be getting on the phone with them. Tell them your problem and if they give you grief talk to someone else. You spent a lot of money on it and their stuff is failing. That is about all I can say about it since I don't know the incubator.

If the company is rude, threaten to call your credit card company and dispute the charge. That will normally get them into action. Stand your ground and keep asking to speak to the person's supervisor.

Sometimes you have to be rude and loud to get attention.
