I think I will just keep cleaning their bums/ clip their fluffy bum area fuzz.A type of vinegar, made with apples. Tastes and smells absolutely awful, but has lots of health benefits, for humans and chickens. You can buy it at most shops that sells foodstuff. I believe Braggs is the most popular brand your side of the pond.
I think I will do that now, thanks.I've had chicks that had pasty butts every day. If your's continue to get it, I would use a finernail clippers and trim their fluff below their vents. It helps prevent pasty butts because their is less fluff for the poop to stick on.

Okay.Keep cleaning them and it should clear up I went thought that with 2 of my blue copper marans.It last about a week and half.
