Bella's umbilical cord is looking much smaller today!

I don't know where to get any cream to stop any infections, and I hope it is not infected.
It is still orange though. I don't know if that is normal.

Goosey won't let me leave her alone, and she makes it impossible to type. She jumps on the keyborad and trys to eat the keys! Oh, but I love her.

Thankfully it's spring break at the college so I have plenty of time to play with her.
awwwwww if you start uploading a pic we can get it when she is a year old and full of curls! LOL

I just candled some eggs today and found that they were developing

, BUT I noticed that most of the ones that were developing had a broken or detached air cell.

So I don't know what to do...should I keep them....get rid of them...I have never hatched before so I need some help from experienced peeps. How would the air cell mess up affect the chicks hatching or developing?

what day is this? in my signature is the hatching 101 article scroll down to shipped eggs and see the suggestions..... and DONT GET rid of them! if they are viable they have a chance, just may have wonky air cells and thats ok most times! you will just have to watch them careful, what breed are you hatching?
