Ya shes going in the brooder now , the other ones veins are taking soooooo long to recede it has been going since 10am its 8 pm now. I was so hoping for it to be a quick one

Based on what I have seen just on our Craigslist I bet you could sell the trio for $45. I always list on the high end as it is easier to reduce than increase.

Unless you want them gone fast and then list low and be done with it.

I can't speak for the others, but I've had plenty of emu and couldn't distinguish it from beef if you blindfolded me. It doesn't have the fat so it looks different, but taste to me is the same. We bought twenty pounds of the stuff to try before I dove into more animals we couldn't eat.

Plus you get the oil that's fantastic stuff, and the cool looking feathers if you do feather crafts.
