they are not loose cells, just weird saddles right? you have them upright or in a turner? when you candle does the air cell line and embryo area look jello jiggly like?What should I do with my duck eggs that have saddle shaped air cells? They're on day 7 today!!!
I always lay my eggs if air cells are not wobbly and just keep marking air cells and lay lowest dip in the air cell up, and watch them at hatch, if most other eggs have pipped and are hatching and these have not, they could be malpositioned, see the hatching 101 article in my signature below as far as shipped eggs and saddle shaped air cells, also the assisted hatch article has info on saddle shaped eggs AND malpositioned.
