Coolerbator #2 runs like a charm! eggs are all split up!
Pics to come later of the 4 AMAZING banty cochin chicks, they are gorgeous one especially!!

I got the eggs mailed to Mel & Got grit and chick starter at the mill
Sold 10 more chicks, DH had to cull Tiny, he was still as small as he was a month ago and he started to deteriorate after I sold his last pen mate, wouldn't eat or drink anymore, poor boy was cute in his own way : (
Unfortunately Pine Cone flew to attack DH in the face, when he was cleaning the serama pen and bit him in the hand as he caught him. Needless to say RIP Pine Cone you mean azz tiny roo you. Harmony will miss you NOT. (she hated that mean roo, not for picking on her, but biting all her hens!)
WE got every coop, waterer, feeder cleaned and every bird dusted, all grit/sand containers filled, Serama separated.
WFS in with the layers for now (pray the don't fly out like good birdies)
I clipped my splash silkies butt so her eggs may all be fertile.
Finally cleaned out the poo and straw from the duck house. I do miss them : (
Spitz are in their new area with a run and they are too scared to go out LOL.
Did I mention I have too many pens and coops???
I am soooo ready to get rid of some chicks tomorrow and Sunday!!
8 bales of straw moved into the shed/coop for storage, not going to do the straw bale gardening this year since DH needs surgery : (
Maybe next year. Even had time for a shower, although we didn't get to eat out, we ordered from the pizza shop!

Dog poo and grass not done yet
Neither are brooders or hatcher cleaned, but I have time yet <stifle yawn> nappy time!

Wake up. No time for a nap!! LOL

OK now I have a question about that dang fermented feed. Now I'm not sure how strong it is suppose to smell. I mixed up a batch in a 5 gallon bucket and only after 3 days it smell so strong that I throw it in the ditch. Was afraid to feed it to anybody. Don't really know how strong of smell it's suppose to have. Here's what I did. Maybe you can see what went wrong.

1) used chick starter. Not the best stuff, but I bought a bag to try. Never again. Has too much dust in it.

2) Had a bucket I bought from Lowes. Just a plastic Clemson University 5 gallon bucket. Noticed TSC has buckets that is food grade and BPA free.

3) Didn't have any more ACV. Used the last to put in chicks water. So just used hot tap water.

4) was stored in my room with a very old light T-shirt over it.

Again, I'm just not sure how strong it is suppose to smell. Don't want my 2-3 month olds falling over dead!!
