I just had a chicken drop an egg without a shell as I was watching it. The other chickens gobbled it right up.

I think this chicken may of brought the disease to my others. I just bought her before this happened. Now I'm really wondering.

I have to ask did you separate her from the rest for 30 days, before putting her with them.

shucks he is a roo serama! and look and pip squeak! these are already 6 week old chickens!
Arent they cute! Harmony hatched her first frizzle that's black in color! yaya! pip squeak stays the roo need sold.... any takers? lol

Chads eggs mostly, I have a few cots and 2 polish and the other Muscovy (the other one had internal pip and is in hatcher!)

Dont think I came into this conversation at the beginning but I Had one of my hens lay a soft shell egg when I moved the pen .i think it scared her
10 minutes later she laid the soft shell egg.
Been fine since. Maybe yours just got scared from the move to your coop and it all will clear up. Well lets hope.
