here is my newest addition.. 50% hatch rate shipped eggs.. 11 Cochins 1 polish (not sure where I got that one) LOL... the other 12 were infertile, so I guess you could say I had 100% of fertile eggs

omg its sad but true.. started with chickens and saddle horses, now have sheep, looking into a milking goat and last year bought a work horse for field work... and were going solar..... and i do name some of my chickens... im in too deep... i need an intervention ... well i guess i better get dressed so i can pick up my new broody hen this morning.. i can stop any time ...

Lol and I just spent half an hour putting a new baby in its crib (cardboard box) cues its not quit up to playing with its brothers yet lol oh ya and one of them recognizes I'm it's mama lol
 
my chicks follow me around cheeping if i get too far they distress call, i cheep to them and they come running.. i pick at the grass and teach them how to forage and if i hold something out they eat it no question then go looking for their own... all i need now is poofy pants and an apron and ill be mother goose(hen) lol
