Hey....I heard the pay was Real Good!!! A dollar, two ninety eight. heeheeThis chicken hobby has become a full-time job for me.I spent most of the day in the rain moving chickens around. I moved 8 young guineas to their own pen in back yard. My white Silkies now have their own pen :yiipchick . The cochins are in their own pen, the colors are mixed together, but they are too young to get their groove on..
Didn't realize how many w/c black polish I had until I put them in together.. Still have 2 brooders going and my incubators full. I believe I need a intervention..
oh yeah and eggs going in as soon as incubator is empty..

They are a beautiful gold. There are a couple cockerels around 4 months. Huge boys. Windy morning had feathers going every where...literally since they are all going thru a molt.I am in love with the creamy color of your flock! is that a roo on the left? I cant see the head that well! looks like a little turkey! with the feathers at the butt!
He is a little young specially since your hens are a little more mature than him. The girls will bow before him when he is a little older. If you think his little man dance looks like a seizure just wait. Be warned it is not pretty.I learn new things every day. Don't laugh Sally, I've never had a roster old enough to "dance" (If that's what you call that seizure looking thing) before. I was seriously concerned for his health and well being.
. I had eggs that looked fertile (to me, but I don't really know) a couple weeks ago, but none of them did anything in the bator.![]()
You are on the wrong thread if you are needing an intervention. This chicken hobby has become a full-time job for me.I spent most of the day in the rain moving chickens around. I moved 8 young guineas to their own pen in back yard. My white Silkies now have their own pen
