I mean it! no growing out!

My plans are finally panning out, well if the brahma would lay! I have the brahma, serama, CCL and they have the white gene and the one Roo is White crested and GORGOUS! and then I have the WFS egg eaters lol I am selling the pair of Russian orloffs, stinks because they are our friendliest chickens those two, but I don't have room or want another breeding pen. plus there is only two and from same roo so they are being sold, Wingstone may get them she is searching into pricing them, since I don't know anything about them. They are very cool and I had no idea they are deamed one of the friendliest chickens! I learned it first hand then read it! cool but it is what it is and winter is approaching and feed will double so I have to let some stuff go yet since the CCL are growing fast, getting red wattles on some already!

Sumi do you know why my image isn't showing up in my siggy with my hatching eggs for sale? I uploaded three times and its still blank! strange!

I bought three off ebay but they are too thin and keep flipping over

The ones I bought from somewhere are pretty thin and flip over too. The only ones I really like that I bought from her have flaps that cover the wing elbows that on a couple of my hens are pretty bare as well. The fabric I am using is really thick curtain fabric and I have just doubled it with out any special backing between. I have it on one hen and so far it is holding up well. I need to walk my happy butt out there and put the other 2 on and see how they fit. Will do that in a bit and take pics tomorrow.

I totally agree, but at some point I hope to have no chicks LOL!!!

I am thinking, isn't there some sorta iron on material I could line them with to make the three I have stiffer? and like I said a pic of the wings things would be awesome so I know what your talking about! The boys get all stirred up when I am trying to adjust the hen saddles and I swear if one jumps at me I will slit its throat!

My black roo came after me 2 the other day. He is heading to the chopping block if he comes at me again or the cone of death if he continues to behave until I want to mess with it...

I will try to get a pic tomorrow of the wing flaps and I will find the link to her website for you to look at. I have no idea about iron on stuff. I saw a no sew tutorial using a pair of jeans somewhere.
