WOW fast! That means I am not far behind you! Wed I lockdown some!Going into lock down today on 40 eggs and then my big boy incubator 140 (homemade cabinet) goes lockdown Thursday. Sally your eggs are doing great so far, they are due to hatch Wednesday. I just purchased my first pair of Seramas, they are 4 1/2 months old and class B. I am picking up 2 more pair of class A's in September, they are a year old and laying
. My Silkies are laying and have 2 setting, they hatch on Friday, and my cochin is laying everyday. Since my hens are laying, I am officially done buying shipped eggs. Which my DH is happy to hear.. LOL I will be selling all my smaller incubators after this hatch, except for one (which I have had great success with) We have been getting our horse stalls converted into pens for the winter months and wiring for the heat bulbs on cold nights. The cement is poured (to keep critters from digging under barn and coming up. The walls are reinforced with tile on the inside to cover all cracks.![]()

The place they are renting is in Luzon - Just south of Manila and is getting git by lots of rain. My wife went to college in Manila and is well aware of the flood potential so she made sure she was on a slope away from a river when she rented. She did show me the veggie garden on skype yesterday and the bok choy and squash were floating away.
Down on the farm we are out of the typhoon belt. Partly cloudy with afternoon thunderstorms.
