She is! She had to wait a bit before I got eggs for her to hatch and then I ended up finishing them off in the incubator with her sitting on golf balls. I was so ticked off about those 3 eggs we lost, but it worked out well. She's a good mom so far and the chicks are happy with her.

There's still one hatching, believe it or not. One of the eggs I took from the hen on Sunday after she squashed the egg. I had to wash them before putting them in the incubator. It pipped externally late this morning and it's just started zipping (21:17 here at the moment). It's going to have to wait until tomorrow before it goes to mom. I'm not staying up.

So, it's official none of my eggs survived. Looks like 2 were unfertilized, a couple died around day 7, some around 14, maybe a cople more aroumd 18 then one had finished absorbing its yolk sack then died. Grrr. Contacted my friend, he laighed at me and is collecting me more eggs. Stupid eggs.
