I think you are over thinking it. I have shipped all over and not had a problem, I have my NPIP AI clean. Not once has my PO asked for the information and neither has the receiving party. Take a breathe have them come out and test your birds and they give you a book to send proof of NPIP testing has taken place. You receive a card in the mail in a few weeks not hard, and done quickly
