she is my most bestests MOM and FRIEND Ever! she is amazing, if I had to say anything annoyed me about her is that she watches for animals and barks at the stray cat that wonders these woods! That gets annoying! I am about to let her loose on the dumb cat though! I bought traps but what do I do with the cat? they charge at the shelter and they just kill them, or do I drop her off somewhere unknown and pray she fends for herself! uggggggg stupid people who let the cats do whatever they want! same for dog owners that dont keep track of there pets or confine them for their own safety as well as everyone elses!

Ha! I know all about that. Stupid people. Honestly cats will be good for keeping your mice population down. As long as it stays away from the chickens. I am for trapping and humanely euthanizing if a home cannot be found. I love all animals but I feel it is more cruel to them to expect them to fend for themselves and I obviously cannot properly care for all the animals that wander up here or most likely get dumped. I had to learn some hard country life lessons fast after we moved out here.

Semi. It may be worth it it take the neighbors cat to the vet and have it neutered yourself. Personally I would use a cheaper method. Wrap him up in a feed sack, put him head first in a rubber boot, whip out a scalpel and turn him into an uncle.
