I should add... for pups we do the early weekly treatments of Pyrantel Pamoate and then before they leave they get safeguard. I have fed the chickens the safeguard pellets but only guess as how much to throw at them.

is tape worm extremely common? Hubs and I discussed over and over the treatments for our dogs, pups as well as the chicken critters. I keep changing schedules and am thoroughly confused again. as always

I dont think so but when we first picked up our adopted daughter in a very malnourished state, she had a tapeworm infection at 5 months of age (yuuuuuuck) so I have always been anti anti anti tapeworm.

That and I was severely barinwashed by the Valbazen adds on rural Australian TV when I was a youth.

As I can buy Valbazen very cheaply compared to USA - I just go buy a few cc at a time, its credible but if I had to buy a mega bottle like here, I may only treat if I saw them in the poop.

I am soooo loving that skid coop on the home page for my meaties in a month or two! I will improvise with 2x3s instead though, pvc is not cheap!

Sally asked how we were doing. Destiny is 3 months old now and loves her daddy. I've spoiled her just a little. She wants daddy at nap time and at bedtime and most of the times in between except for feeding time.
