I guess the lost of humidity for 10 mins is better than the heat dropping too much. dam***!!

Thats because your running at 102 because I am doing 100.5 to 101 ha ha ha!! be careful though with that high heat, it doesnt leave much room for mistakes!

I'm not running 102

. Both thermometers read the same. Was running 100 but this ran it 99. This time also I ran the humidity at around 38% the whole time. Then at lock down bumped to 60%. But once they start hatching it went up to 67%. Plus last last few times I hatched in hatched them in the cartons. This Time I laid them on there side. Much better already.

Yep they are all looking great. And Opps the sideways air cell is one of them and it is jumping around like crazy in there. And yep just have to be patient. I can't wait for Luke to have a friend he's driving us crazy

Probably. Actually hatch date is tomorrow. So I got it closer this time. I could try 98 next time. Depends on how good of hatch I have this time. hahaha

Looks great on the candling of Maran eggs. I've got to do a few marans also. Can you tell anything on that egg? Hard for me to see anything. I did candle my Delaware's and Rhodes and could see lots of veins and a couple dark spots possibly eyes at the 7th day. (Saturday)
