Hey Sally Oz Sumi. SOMEBODY...I need the big brains on this thread..... help please...
I am not a math genius maybe more like a math dunce..... So WEIGHT question... my Lemon cuckoo orp eggs started with a weight of 635kg. and another group Lavender Orps started 564 kg ...... day 1

Now day 9 .......I am at 595 and 525
. Maybe my dumb math is wrong but they seem to be loosing weight at different rates so how do i deal with that when it comes to humidity?

Also my type of math (take 10% add 3% ) i figured the Lemon cuckoo group should weigh about 589kg day 18 and the Lav Orps 526.kg
Do i have that right if they loose 12% not 13%?
Also here is the picture of what the air cells look like right now day 9.
To me they look good but maybe i have figured my eggs air cells wrong all along...what do you think? too small for day 9?
One alone is the Lemon and other 2 are the LOs.
Also i left the non starters in too as i figure they will stay the same weight so like the carton wont change anything

Rox, the air cell line should be at the fat end of the egg, what are those lines?

i commend you for weighing your egg's it seems like alot of work through but goodness those air cells are huge and on the wrong end

what does your humidity look like and did you say 9 days? wow i didn't think a air cell could get that big in 9 days

My eggs are not to hatch until Monday, I have a pip

I have a hot spot in the cabinet and cant find it! I am too lazy to mark movement of all eggs in the bator too. Not sure why the spot check isnt finding it, I will map out my testing at this point! good thing its the White faced I am hatching for grow out here, the brahma better not hatch until monday night!
