Dickey Help

I just got a Dickey 2x2 and I know a few of you out there have one. Where does the wafer go???? The instructions say to put it on the adjustment screw for the thermostat but I can't find it. Any help would be great!

I didn't get it either. I was staring at the incubator for an hour figuring out where it went. On the right side of the incubator there is a small hole, that is where the adjustment screw goes. Take a flash light and look in the hole, it will be easier for you to see where the notches go in. Once thats in, then you push the wafer on.

I'm not seeing a small hole. Is it possible for you to take a picture for me?

Oh dear, it looks like my Auto turner isn't working right. That stinks.

On the top right hand side....the black box is in front. Just behind the black box is a narrow silver thing holding wires. Wafer goes behind this....between silver thing & incubator wall. Wingnut goes from outside in.

Thanks so much. Got that fixed. Now waiting to hear back from Mr. Dickey about the auto turner that is so not working.

uh, oh, just ordered one from him today, hopefully it arrives in working order.

I wouldn't worry too much. It's a beautiful piece of work and holds the temperature. My turner just isn't working the way it should. I sure hope it is a simple fix.

It really is an awesome incubator!!

Hopefully it's something simple with your turner...maybe something jiggled loose in shipping.

I got my Dickey 3 x 1 in March. I love it. I couldn't figure out the wafer either, I call and spoke to Mr. Dickey and he walked me throught the whole set up.

I am sure your turner problems will be taken care of. Good Luck
