Did anyone buy anything in Lebanon?

Well, I gave away my last Poultry Press, but the next issue should give the date. Sebrightmom may know. I was amazed that last year there was some folkes from New Mexico. I don't show, but thoroughly enjoy the whole process, the poultry, people and festivities.

I believe you could leave a note to the own seeing if they were for sale. Or you could look at the exhibitor number and then ask the desk (which was in the open show barn) If they could give you the name of the person who has the bird you where looking at. (I really wanted one of those call ducks really REALLY bad)

Thanks! That will be helpful for next time.

The guy I was talking to encouraged me to look into call ducks!

two border collies, two nubian goats, one alpaca, and too many horses.

Sebrightmom,

You have the farm I'm dreaming about! I've got 2 horses and 1 border collie/aussie shep cross. Also 1 collie and 1 beagle mix. But I also want the nubieans and an alpaca (or a llama would do). Also want a mini donkey! And of course there's the poultry in various forms!

I think the show in Bloomington is April 18. I was looking at my Poultry Press and there is a show in Connersville, Indiana on December 6-7. I am not sure how far I am, but I will have to check.

epona4,

I love my mini farm. I want more animals, but my husband wants me to stop for right now. Both of my Nubians are bred and one is due very soon. I can't wait to see the kids.

I think it is a great idea to get T-shirts that match. We would be a lot easier to find. It would also be cool if we put our screen names on the front pocket. Well we don't have to go that far.

I've got some BO's from Doug Akers. At the same time I got some hatchery BO's and I raised them all together. There is no comparison between his birds and the hatchery birds.
