Did Anyone Here Write The Book "Tillie Lays An Egg"?

My daughter was given the book by my Mother-in-law a month or so ago and its gotten to the point we have to read it EVERY night before bed as her 'extra' book. She has to tell me that Tillie is going to come visit our chicken's coop and we're all going to have TEA and worms.

Its too funny, and I just wanted to send out a thank you for such a great book from me, and my 3 year old!

That is sooo funny because my 3 year old is the same with that book! Half of our chickens are named after the ones in Tilley. Terri Goldson wrote the book and she has the most awsome site www.hencam.com. You can watch her chickens and goats. She also has a blog with amazing chicken info. I recommend everyone check this out if you haven't yet. Her blog is how I found out about BYC.

I just read that to my preschool class and they loved it! The author is truely creative and I love how she included the pictures and names of all her chickens! The kids in my class loved finding where Tillie had "hidden" the egg! I can totally see why your daughter loves it... I may have to start reading it before I go to bed, too!
