Did anyone watch American Idol?

Hi y'all! I just finished watching American Idol. Did anyone else see it? I am so excited because tomorrow they show the auditions from Dallas. I can't wait to see what kind of people show up. I was just wondering if anyone else watches American Idol.

sorry i didn;t see it. I use to watch it when it first came on but don;t anymore. About the only time that I do is when they go to cities and look for the people it is just to darn funny sometimes.

Some people on the last episode were pretty strange. There was one man who showed up with a cape. Once he got into the room with the judges he took off his cape and revealed what I think was a Princess Leia outfit.

Paula didn't like how much chest hair he had so he left, got a waxing job on his chest and tummy and then came back. He didn't make it to Hollywood. Another dude had to have security escort him out because he sang a song about stalking Paula, then he wouldn't leave. It was an odd day in Philidelphia.

How bout that chick with the glitter all over her face. I told DH she looked and sounded like a man to me.

Oh oh and the guy that sang really wierd "let my people go". That was the craziest singing voice I've ever heard.

I wonder if they came to NC again. Let's see there has been:

Bucky Covington
Fantasia Burrino
Clay Aiken
I may be leaving some out.

I do get to watch shorts of American Idol, I think its a great way for kids to have an outlet for their talents and 15 minutes of fame and its so nice to see them getting airplay.

My DH loves to watch AI - he really liked the season that Diania (sp ) girl from Snellville Ga was on there since he is also from Snellville Ga.
I just watch the try outs I am a sucker for the best of the worst singers LOL
But that guy that was in a skirt thing - that they had wax his chest was to creepy for me LOL
or the stalker guy with that song he wrote for Paula about stalking her - if I were her I would get extra bodyguards !!

No I think Ruben was from Alabama. He wasn't from NC, the guy that lost to him was from NC, Clay Aiken.

There was a marine from NC...Josh something. I think he put out one song after American Idol.
